Hi, I’m Dietmar, a landscpe photographer living near wonderul Königssee in southeastern Bavaria near border to Austria, where I was born.

I find inspiration in many things. Sometimes it’s walking through the woods with my beloved husky, very often it’s heading out into nature. I find weather and atmospherics inspirational, as well as the changes in the seasons. Books will often give me inspiration, a particular quote, music, movies, the work of other artists and photographers

Photography is my passion – nature is my refuge. Combine the two, and that is where I am most at peace
